Dr. Camille Horton-Thompson is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova with more than 17 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in women’s health, promoting preventive care and supporting community health awareness.
Dr. Horton-Thompson holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. She became passionate about medicine, more specifically family medicine, and the potential to treat all members of the family in their various life chapters. She completed her master’s in public health, commonly referred to as, "the science and art of preventative health," at George Washington University in 2017. This gave her the skills and the opportunity to help her patients, as well as their communities, attain their optimal health through high-quality, comprehensive medical care.
Dr. Horton-Thompson resides in Manassas, VA, with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling with her family. She is a supportive spectator at her children's sporting activities. She enjoys listening to calypso and different genres of music.
