About David K. Gordon, MD

Dr. David Gordon is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova. He joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2003. Dr. Gordon brings more than two decades of clinical expertise to Inova. His experience spans a wide range of medical disciplines, with a special focus on managing chronic health conditions, mental health diagnoses and musculoskeletal injuries.

Prior to joining Inova 360° Concierge Medicine, Dr. Gordon completed a 25-year tenure as a family physician and physician executive in the United States Air Force. During his service, he showcased steadfast commitment and exemplary leadership, earning the respect of his colleagues and patients alike.

Driven by a passion for fostering enduring connections with his patients, Dr. Gordon chose to pursue a career in family medicine. He firmly believes in the power of long-term relationships to positively impact patients' lives. His ultimate goal is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and a better quality of life through proactive lifestyle choices and disease prevention. When faced with health challenges, Dr. Gordon stands ready to guide and support his patients on their journey to recovery.

A native of Provo, UT, Dr. Gordon now resides in Ashburn, VA, with his wife, two children and their family dog. In his free time, he enjoys life’s adventures with his family, pursuing his love of running, hiking and skiing. He also likes to listen to a wide variety of audiobooks during his daily commute.
