About Mathura Ravishankar, MD

Dr. Mathura Ravishankar is a specialty care physician board certified in neurology. She joined Inova in 2024 and has been practicing since 2019.

Before joining Inova, Dr. Ravishankar was an epilepsy clinical fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. She completed her medical school education at Wayne State University School of Medicine and her residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

She enjoys working with a diverse patient population, and her areas of clinical interests are acute neurological issues seen in the hospital including strokes and seizures.
