Molly has been employed with Inova Physical Therapy Center since 1993. She received her physical therapy degree in 1987 from Temple University in Philadelphia and has been licensed in Virginia since 1990. She has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, primarily outpatient orthopedics, and enjoys working with the general orthopedic population. She is a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Orthopedic Section.

Special interests and areas of advanced clinical training include manual therapy of the spine and extremities and the biomechanical examination and treatment of the foot and ankle. In addition to patient care, Molly enjoys her role as Rehabilitation Clinical Coordinator, performing administrative responsibilities in support of the Director, mentoring staff, training students, teaching in the NOVA physical therapy assistant program, and participating in community events. Her years of experience, extensive continuing education and compassionate care have earned the trust and respect of many patients.

Molly resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with her husband, two children and dog, Macy.
