Nicole Olsen PT, DPT joined Inova Physical Therapy after completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Shenandoah University in 2021. Prior to graduate school, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 2018 where she studied Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. There she found her passion for rehabilitation while working as a student athletic trainer with the Virginia Tech Football team assisting in return to sport, nutrition and injury prevention.

Nicole is also a group fitness instructor who has taught HIIT, aquatic classes, Les Mills Bodypump and Core. She loves tying her fitness and rehab experience together to help her patients achieve their highest potential. She also enjoys connecting with her patients and finding ways to help motivate and educate them through tailored, personalized care.

Nicole loves her job because she gets to meet so many amazing people, witness healing, and encourage her patients to feel empowered through reaching their goals and living happier and healthier lives. When she isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, eating good food and being outdoors.
