About Nicolette S. Horbach, MD

Dr. Nicolette Horbach is a specialty care physician board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, and obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 1982.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Horbach worked as a physician partner at Mid-Atlantic Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery. Dr. Horbach’s research interests include epidemiologic risk factors for incontinence and prolapse in middle-aged, perimenopausal and postmenopausal women; effects of aging and hormonal deficiency on tissues of the lower urinary tract; and the effects of childbirth on the pelvic floor.
