Nora started her career in physical therapy as a rehabilitation technician at the Centreville clinic in 2007 after earning her Bachelor's degree in health sciences at James Madison University. She continued her education at the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, culminating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Vestibular Disorders Association.

She received competency certification in vestibular rehabilitation in 2014. In addition, she's participated in extensive coursework focusing on the evaluation and treatment of vertigo and other vestibular disorders. Nora has also completed training in orthopedics. She is a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. In her free time, Nora enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, and teaching group fitness classes.
