Sam Sova attended Old Dominion University’s Exercise Science Bachelor Program as her undergrad and acquired her doctor of physical therapy degree from Shenandoah University. She specializes in both general orthopedic for all gender and gender identities, as well as pelvic floor physical therapies for those who were assigned female at birth. In addition, she is a member of the Women’s Health chapter of the APTA.
Sam enjoys working with all levels of function, abilities and age ranges. She believes in working to address the root cause of her patients’ problem and assisting her patients in understanding how to manage their symptoms to better improve long term function.
When she is not working, she spends time with her husband and husky, Captain Kirk.
