Dr. Soleyah Groves has been an attending physician with Inova Medical Critical Care Service and the Inova enVision eICU for seven years. She currently holds a number of integral roles at Inova Fairfax Hospital, working as the medical director of the eICU, a key member of the Peer Review Committee, and a lecturer for the Emergency Neurological Life Support course. In addition to serving as a consultant for Specialists On Call, where she is a distinguished member of the Medical Executive Committee, she also contributes to USMLE World as a physician author.
In 2010, Dr. Groves was awarded a grant for her Venous Thromboembolism Prophylaxis Performance Improvement project from the American College of Chest Physicians. She is also the author of several articles and research texts on varying aspects of chest medicine, most notably “Atypical Chest Pain in a Young Female,” which won the Award of Achievement for Clinical Vignette Session at the 2007 Annual Meeting of Maryland Thoracic Society.
