Annie Hovsepian, RN
Cardiac Rehab Nurse
Annie Hovsepian has been a registered nurse for more than 11 years. As a jack of all trades, Annie has served in various roles including bedside nursing on the postsurgical unit, case manager, discharge planner and care coordinator. She strongly believes in support systems and in building a strong rapport with patients and their families. Annie is a Northern Virginia native, and in her free time, she enjoys exercising, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and beagle. She is currently pursuing her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Virginia.
Jarrod Dewrell, RN, BSN
Cardiac Rehab Nurse
As a critical care nurse for 14 years, Jarrod Dewrell spent most of his career taking care of patients recovering from open heart surgeries, cardiac events and new cardiovascular diagnoses. He recently made the switch to cardiac rehabilitation to help patients prevent future cardiac episodes and train them to live a heart healthy lifestyle.
Jarrod received his bachelor of science in nursing from Troy University in 2007. He is a native of Alabama, and he spent 10 years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before relocating to Northern Virginia in 2021. He enjoys spending time with family, getting out in nature and traveling.
Austin Anderson MS, ACSM-CEP
Exercise Physiologist
Austin Anderson is an American College of Sports Medicine-certified clinical exercise physiologist. As an advocate of “exercise is medicine,” Austin's favorite aspect of cardiac rehabilitation is the ability to positively impact patients’ lives with exercise and healthy lifestyle changes.
Austin received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Appalachian State University and a master’s in kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places, watching all varieties of sports, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
Latitia Mills
Patient Access Team Leader
Latitia Mills, affectionately known as Tiki, is a patient access team leader with six years of healthcare experience. Tiki specializes in administrative processes and is responsible for leading the outpatient rehabilitation administrative team in scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, and providing exceptional frontline support to our patients.
Tiki is a native of Northern Virginia and grew up in Alexandria. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in marketing from Strayer University. Her greatest joys are spending time with her family, cooking and watching football.
