The selection of Dr. Cheifetz to lead this group was based on his outstanding accomplishments with the development of the VCU School of Medicine – Inova Campus, while maintaining the highest level of quality education at Inova.
Dr. Cheifetz received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received the Philip P. Sang award for outstanding communicator with patients, faculty and staff.
