To be eligible for our FREE services, children must:

  • Be under the age of 21
  • Have a physical medical condition expected to last 12 months or longer
  • Live in one of these areas:
    • County of: Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania or Stafford
    • City of: Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas City or Manassas Park

  • Abnormal vision due to refractive error
