Our Team
Pulmonary medicine is a subspecialty discipline of internal medicine. After completing medical school, all of our physicians have completed a three-year residency in internal medicine and an additional three-year subspecialty fellowship in both critical care medicine and pulmonary diseases. All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in pulmonary diseases. Many of our physicians maintain additional active ABIM board certifications in internal medicine and critical care medicine. We are proud to also provide care to our patients with sleep disorders, as our practice offers an ABIM board-certified sleep medicine physician as well.
As pulmonologists, our physicians understand the complex medical nature of lung diseases and the deep impact these conditions can have on a person’s ability to live a fulfilling life. Our physicians pride themselves on caring for their patients using their extensive experience, their up-to-date knowledge, and the latest technology and advancements in pulmonary medical diagnostics and therapeutics to provide their patients with high quality medical care.
Our physicians have strong ties to their community and believe that communication with a patient’s primary care physician is of the utmost importance. We believe in a collaborative model of medical decision making and work with the entire care team, including home care nursing agencies, respiratory therapists, primary care physicians and subspecialty physicians, to help build better patient outcomes.
