All self-pay individuals may choose to complete the one time per year executive exam, which is payable by credit card or check and is non-participating with insurance. A $500 reservation fee is required at the time of scheduling and will be applied to the balance on the date of service. If your organization is contracted with us to offer the exam as part of your benefits package, your employer will be invoiced directly. Eligibility will be verified upon scheduling. Each appointment is based on the recommendations of the physician performing the screening. You should plan on spending 4 – 5 hours at the appointment. Optional screenings may require an additional visit.
Yes. You will receive a comprehensive summary of the results of your health screening and exam. We encourage you to share this information with your physician. Inova can also send your primary care physician a copy of your records upon request.
